TITLE: Tender for Brunel House – Ground Source Heat pump & Radiator System

ProperTees is looking to appoint a suitable and experienced supplier to help us reduce the carbon footprint in one of the business centres that we manage (Brunel House, Brunel Road, Middlesbrough, TS6 6JA). We are specifically looking for someone who can: –

1. Supply and install a ground source Heat pump
2. Supply & install a fan assisted radiation system

Our aim is to find solutions that allow us to be as energy efficient and cost efficient as possible. We are looking to achieve an A+++ ErP efficiency rating.

We then invite you to provide us with a formal proposal document outlining what your intended solution would be, the equipment you would use, the projected results it would have and of course a full breakdown of your costs.
